Partners can easily engage caregivers as partners in the work, report increased involvement of caregivers.

Ensure caregivers have access to sufficient social supports.
Action
Actively support awareness and advocacy efforts of Davidson County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), All Children Excel (ACE) Nashville, and others for improved wrap-around supports for households.
