Kindergarten Readiness

Being ready for kindergarten is one of the four biggest milestones in a child’s educational journey.

By helping children be ready to learn in the classroom, we are giving them a strong foundation that will be felt for years to come.

Introducing Kindergarten Readiness Navigators, a team of volunteers who support families and caregivers in helping their children be ready for kindergarten.

Navigators are verified and trained to help families and caregivers:

  • Learn how to register their child for kindergarten

  • Know what activities they can do over the summer to help their child be ready for the classroom

  • Connect to additional supportive resources they may need for their child

  • Find information online to get ready for kindergarten
